We offer referral fees and commission-sharing arrangements for agreed collaborations. The amount, calculation basis and payment conditions are confirmed in writing before the client introduction.
We also agree how the client is registered, who communicates with them and how you will be kept informed. If an introduction overlaps with an existing enquiry, we clarify the position before proceeding.

Who can partner with Amalthea?
We welcome enquiries from real estate agencies and independent brokers, both in Spain and internationally. Tell us about your business and the clients you advise so we can discuss a suitable collaboration.
Can I remain my client’s main point of contact?
Yes, we can agree a joint working arrangement in which you remain the main contact and Amalthea provides local support. The communication plan and responsibilities are agreed before we begin.
How is a referred client registered?
After we agree the partnership terms, we confirm the client introduction in writing. If the client is already known to us or registered through another partner, we discuss this before proceeding. Sending this form does not register a client.
How much commission will I receive, and when?
We offer referral fees and commission-sharing arrangements for agreed collaborations. The amount, calculation basis, qualifying transaction and payment conditions are confirmed in writing for the collaboration. There is no automatic entitlement from submitting an enquiry.
Can I use your property presentations?
Ask your Amalthea contact for the materials available for a specific property and the permitted uses. We confirm availability and permissions before you share or publish them.
