amalthea.pro is operated by Amalthea Real Estate, at Calle cristal 13 · Mijas · 29649. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that operator, and "you" means anyone using the site.

You can reach us through the enquiry form on our home page.

This site presents a selection of properties we can help you acquire, and a way to start a conversation with an advisor. It is a showcase and a point of contact. It is not a shop: nothing here can be bought through the site, and no payment is ever taken on it.

Property details on this site come from developers, owners and their agents. We select what we publish, but we do not independently verify every figure, and information of this kind moves constantly.

• Nothing here is an offer. A listing is an invitation to enquire. No contract arises from anything on this site; a purchase is agreed only in writing, through the proper legal process.
• Prices and availability change, sometimes between your reading a page and your calling us. Prices shown exclude taxes, notary, registry and legal fees unless it says otherwise. A property marked as available may already be reserved.
• Measurements and plans are indicative. Plot and built areas, room counts and floor plans are as supplied to us and should be confirmed by survey before you rely on them.
• Some images are computer renders. Schemes shown as developments or as coming soon are frequently illustrated with renders and show-home photography of a finished building that does not exist yet. Finishes, layouts, landscaping and views may differ from what is built.
• Always verify before committing. Do not make a financial decision on the strength of a page on this site. Instruct your own lawyer and surveyor; we will introduce you to independent professionals if you would like.

Sending an enquiry places you under no obligation and costs nothing. It does not create an agency agreement or any exclusivity between us. If we go on to act for you, that arrangement will be set out separately and in writing.

We aim to answer every genuine enquiry, but we do not guarantee a reply within any particular time, and we may decline to act. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookies.

The text, photography, video, floor plans and brochures on this site belong to us or to the developers and owners who supplied them, and are protected by copyright. You may look at the site, and print or download pages for your own personal use in considering a purchase.

You may not republish, redistribute or sell this material, use it commercially, or scrape the site systematically, without our written permission. The Amalthea name and mark are ours.

When using this site, please do not:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's details through the enquiry form
• send automated, bulk or repeated submissions
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its data
• interfere with the site's availability for others
• harvest content or contact details by automated means

We may block access where any of this happens, without notice, and we log enough to identify it.

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we provide it as it is. It may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Where we link out — to a developer, a map, a social account — those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including the rights Spanish consumer law gives you, which these terms do not take away.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your relying on property information published here without verifying it, from the site being unavailable, or from anything on a site we link to.

We may amend these terms as the site or the law changes. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes go to the courts of Málaga, Spain. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings in your own local courts.
